These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lovedrop website at lovedroppints.com and your purchase of products from LOVEDROP LLC ("Lovedrop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or violate the rights of Lovedrop or others.
Products and orders
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product availability, descriptions, colors, pricing, and promotions may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or discontinue a product. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and other fees may be added at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for approved orders.
Pickup
Lovedrop sells online only. All orders must be placed and paid for in advance at lovedroppints.com and are collected in person at a designated pickup location. We do not ship products, and we do not offer in-person or walk-up purchases at pickup. When you place an order, you agree to collect it at the pickup location and during the pickup window we provide for that order. You are responsible for bringing your order confirmation and picking up within the stated window. Because our products are frozen and perishable, orders not collected within the pickup window may be discarded and are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law or at our discretion. Pickup locations, dates, and times may change, and we will provide the details for each order.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are frozen, perishable food made in small batches, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with the quality of your order, contact us at hello@lovedroppints.com as soon as possible and we will work to make it right where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Food, allergens, and safety
Our products are food made in a shared kitchen on shared equipment and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Please review the product and allergen information we provide and contact us with any questions before ordering. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for you.
Intellectual property
All content on the website, including names, logos, text, images, designs, and other materials, belongs to Lovedrop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without permission.
Third-party services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics services, and marketing providers such as Klaviyo. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Lovedrop is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
SMS and text messaging terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Lovedrop, you agree to receive recurring marketing or informational text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@lovedroppints.com. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim warranties except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovedrop and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lovedrop and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
